My Dear we're slow dancing in a burning room	Monday, June 2, 2008, 7:59 PM But i love you until the end of time, come what may. Today, after alot of undecided dates, me and Jiyin finally got to bake. Met her at taka first to stock up on baking supplies, (sorry Audre, i forgot to check my phone for your message!). We had major trouble finding all purpose flour cos we didnt know what it was. In the end, the cold storage didnt even have it. pfft, how can you not have all purpose flour? its flour for all purposes! But oh no they had self rising flour, reduced fat flour, healthy flour and whole grain flour, but they didnt have all purpose flour. We just had to make do with some white flour thing. I thought maybe adding M&Ms inside the cookies would be a good idea, so we stocked up on M&Ms too. Once that was over, felt kinda hungry so we decided to find food. Ate at this gogo franks stand where we got sausages wrapped in prata. It was peculiarly hard for us to eat the sausage cos they gave it to us wrapped in a paper bag so we had to hold it in our hands and eat it, plus, the sausage was a cheese sausage and had mayo on it so, white stuff kept oozing out of the tip of the sausage. We kept laughing everytime we put the sausage to our mouths to eat it. Its not our fault our minds see too deep. :D So then, i bought some korean meatballs and she bought some soya drink and we were off to the Low residence. Cabbed to her place, and it is really awesomely huge. She has a grand piano and guitars and a drumset. How awesome is that? So yea we started on the baking, and she's really organised, she cleans up quickly and stuff. We started out making cookies. But what we got in the end, ah well, we've decided to name them cookrownies cos theyre kinda of a cross between cookies and brownies. Its sort of like, some soft chewy yet crunchy form of pastry that tastes really good, partly cos of the mega load of M&Ms inside. After baking, we jammed like crazy. played the piano, sang and danced our hearts out. She is a phenomenally sensational pianist (thats why she has a diploma) and an equally good singer, finally i find someone who enjoys singing. So we did duets and sang. Then i took out her guitar and started playing and singing and camwhoring. Whoopee. So after all that, we decided to watch Moulin rouge cos ive never seen it and Liz has been pestering me to watch it for ages, so there ya go Liz, i watched it. And my goodness it is one hell of a show. Jiyin burned the whole original soundtrack for me so now i can listen to all of them songs. Sweeet.
